I can’t log in to my account

There are two ways to sign in to Twine:
Using your email
Using your password alongside your email or password

The default way to sign in is via email. You just need to enter your email address and click "Sign in with email". You will be emailed a one-time verification code to this address. Enter this code in the box when prompted.

Make sure you're using the correct email address that you signed up with.

If this is not working or you have forgotten the email address you signed up with, you can use the link "sign in using your password" to sign in with your email address and password. Alternatively, you can use your username and password.

To ensure the verification code reaches you, please add hello@twinehq.com to your safe sender list. If you don't receive the email, please also check your junk or spam folder in case it ends up there.

If you no longer have access to the e-mail address you signed up with, we will need to prove your identity.
