Twine Pro Subscription Refund Policy


We strive to provide excellent service and a smooth experience for all our customers. Please carefully review our refund policy to understand your rights and obligations.

Monthly Plan


You may request a refund for the monthly plan under the following conditions:

The refund request is made within 7 days of the payment date.
The subscription has not been used, where "use" includes any of the following; Submitting at least one pitch, utilizing Instagram promotion services.
You follow the refund request process outlined below.

Annual Plan


For the annual plan, refunds are available under the following conditions:

Full Refund:
The refund request is made within 14 days of the payment date.
The subscription has not been used, where "use" includes any of the following; Submitting at least one pitch, utilizing Instagram promotion services.
You follow the refund request process.

Partial Refund:
Offered in some cases if you are outside of the full refund terms
We will review your request on a case by case basis.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 1-3 business days after approval.
