Twine Pro: Refund & Cancellation Policy
We strive to provide excellent service and a smooth experience for all our customers. Please carefully review our policy to understand your rights and obligations.
This policy covers all Twine Pro services, including Pro and Premium plans.
Cancellation Policy
The Twine Pro service is a subscription service. When you subscribe to this service, a recurring fee will be automatically charged in line with the plan you choose.
You can cancel your subscription at any point. The subscription would then automatically expire at the end of the period you have paid for.
For example, if you purchased a monthly subscription on the 10th of May. You cancelled on the 20th of May. The subscription would be active until 9th June.
To make any amendments to your subscription, please click Manage your subscription at the bottom of your settings page.
If you decide you want to resubscribe, you can do that at any time here.
💡 Remember to cancel before the end of your subscription period so you are not charged further
If you do not cancel in time and require a refund, check our policy below to see if you are eligible.
The payment collection service is entirely automated. If you cancel after your subscription renews and the system does not manage to take the payment, it will continue to retry until payment is made. In this instance, please contact our support team to cancel this collection and your subscription effectively immediately.

All refunds must be requested via this form and inline with our policy.
Monthly Plan
You may request a refund for the monthly plan under the following conditions:
The refund request is made within 7 days of the payment date.
The subscription has not been used, where "use" includes submitting at least one pitch.
You follow the refund request process outlined below.
Annual Plan
For the annual plan, refunds are available under the following conditions:
Full Refund:
The refund request is made within 14 days of the payment date.
The subscription has not been used, where "use" includes submitting at least one pitch.
You follow the refund request process.
Partial Refund:
Offered in some cases if you are outside of the full refund terms.
We will review your request on a case by case basis and contact you with a resolution.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via the above link and are subject to review in accordance with this policy.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 1-3 business days after approval.
We will contact you to confirm the outcome of your request.
Chargebacks/Disputes
Do not initiate a chargeback or dispute your payment if you are wanting a refund!
This delays the refund process, costs us money and is not necessary. If you simply follow the refund request process we will issue it for you quickly and inline with our policy.
All chargebacks will be contested with evidence of their validity unless removed.
Any payments previously eligible for refunds will become void from that point as stated within our policy, you must follow the refund request process.
Purchased the wrong plan?
If you purchased an annual plan by mistake and wanted the monthly plan please follow the refund process and detail this within your reason for the request.
In this instance we would refund the difference between what you paid and the monthly plan amount, then set you subscription to cancel at the end of that month.
You could then resubscribe under the monthly plan at any point.
Remember to select the 'monthly plan' toggle at the top of the page before you subscribe
Want to change your payment details?
You can manage your payment details by clicking Manage your subscription on your Twine settings. You will be asked to authenticate yourself, so you will need to enter the email address used on your Twine account. You can then manage your subscription from there.
