Twine Pro: Make changes to your subscription

To change your Pro subscription, please do this at the bottom of your settings on Twine by clicking Manage your subscription. You will be asked to authenticate yourself, so you will need to enter the email address used on your Twine account. You can then manage your subscription from there.

Once your Twine Pro subscription has been cancelled, you will not be charged further. Your Twine Pro subscription will expire automatically after the period you have paid for.

If you decide you want to re-subscribe, you can do that at any time here.

Refunds
Twine will not offer a refund if you have used the service during the subscription period you've paid for. If you have any queries around this, please contact our team.

You can manage your payment details by clicking Manage your subscription on your Twine settings. You will be asked to authenticate yourself, so you will need to enter the email address used on your Twine account. You can then manage your subscription from there.
