Twine Pro: Make changes to your subscription

Make changes to Pro subscription


Here are the details we need to process your request:

E-mail address associated with your Twine account

Twine username

Request type: Cancel an annual subscription / Cancel a monthly subscription / Move from annual billing to monthly / change payment details

Reason for cancellation



Once your Twine Pro subscription has been cancelled, you will not be charged further. Your Twine Pro subscription will expire automatically after the period you have paid for.

If you decide you want to re-subscribe, you can do that at any time here.


Refunds
Twine will not offer a refund if you have used the service during the subscription period you've paid for. If you have any queries around this, please contact our team.


Change in payment details

The current method is to delete your subscription and set up a new one with your new details - we are working on a method for this to be done through our platform so watch this space!
