Please note - Twine is a facilitator of freelance work, and will not act as a mediator between parties. Dispute resolution is largely dependant on mutual agreement between client and freelancer.
Involvement from Twine is limited to attempts at re-establishing contact between parties, and issuing project cancellation in line with our guidelines: Eligibility for project cancellation
