How To: Report bad behaviour on Twine
At Twine, we do our utmost to prevent unkind messages, harassment or spam on the platform. However, we understand that sometimes this isn't always something within our control.
We do not censor messages shared between users, and we therefore rely on our community to flag bad behaviour for us to review.
If you find yourself subject to messages that make you feel uncomfortable, or feel are inappropriate, please contact us. Equally, if you come across a post that you suspect to be a spam, let us know.
When the team are in the office, you can always get in touch by clicking the "chat" icon usually in the bottom right of a page:
The Twine team are in the office 9:00am to 5:30pm (UK time) 7 days a week. Outside of these hours, we will do our best to get back in touch with you as quickly as possible.
