How to: Change Your Username

When you sign-up to Twine, you are given a username like "user12345678". If you would like to personalise this username, you can easily do so by visiting the https://www.twine.net/settings page on our platform.

When you go to the settings page, at the top you will see this form for changing your username and/or email address:

Please update the username and click the "Save details" button.

NOTE: If you also change your email address, you will be prompted to enter your current password to confirm it is you. The system will then send an email to your old email address to confirm the change before it is actioned. Until then, your account will remain on your old email address. This is again to confirm it is yourself that is trying to make this change and approve it.
