How do I send files on Twine?

To send files to your client, all you need is a Dropbox account or a URL link to wherever your file is stored (eg WeTransfer, Google Drive, OneDrive etc).

Upload your files to your preferred file-sharing site, copy the link, then head to messages on Twine and share it!

We recommend initially sharing watermarked draft files with your client, and final files on confirmation that your payment has been issued.

If your files are password-protected, make sure to remember to provide your client with a password so they can access it.

We recommend sharing important files through Twine messages at all times. Even if you decide to communicate with your client externally, the Twine team will only be able to help in regards to content and messages shared on Twine.
