Use Twine messages to communicate with clients

There are lots of other great ways to communicate over the internet, so why should you use Twine messages?

Twine messages are very important as a record of the scope of the job or the project requirements. This is a clear communication stream that will help you if there are any disputes.

Once you've agreed project terms have been hired by the client, you are very welcome to share direct contact details.

We highly recommend you message a client with a clear scope, or list of requirements, of what you will be doing for them.

Before you start a project, make sure to agree:

Delivery deadline

Exact details of the project requirements

Payment terms - we recommend you ask for a final payment before final files delivery.

When will you be able to deliver first drafts (if applicable)

Who owns the copyrights (if applicable)

This way both you and the client are on the same page. Then when you share links to files, this again as this is a clear record for both of you.
