Bulk actions for applicants

While reviewing applications, you may have received on a job, you are able to perform bulk actions to save time repeating certain tasks.

It is currently possible to bulk message and bulk move applications into different stages.

Bulk Selection:

If you want to perform an action against multiple applications at once, you can select each application you want to include by clicking the tick next to their profile image on the left-hand panel.

Once selected a panel will appear where you can select which action you wish to take

Bulk Message:

If you select message a window will appear listing the recipianrt names and a message box where you can type the message.

Be aware this same message will send to all recipiants selected.

Bulk Movements:

You are able to move applicants to reveiwed, shortlist, hired or mark them as not a fit.

You will be asked to confrim this action before it is performed
