My videos are rated as rejected, why is this?

You can check the reason for the rejection on your personal dashboard the client provides you in the onboarding email. This will give you some idea on where you are going wrong.

We suggest you review the example videos for each collection again to understand fully what is being asked and reread the description.

If you are still struggling we advise you to post on either the Twine AI Collectors slack group or within the clients community group (again this was linked too in your onboarding email) and the community may be able to help you out.

Posting examples and descriptions of where you are going wrong will help them help you.


How long will it take for my video to be rated?

Videos can take up to 48 hours to be rated.

Ratings can be checked on your dashboard, the link for this will be in your onboarding email.

If you have not received your rating after 48 hours, please email the client.

Please include information about when the filming took place and for which collection.


I disagree with my video rating. Can I query it?

The video screening process is extremely thorough.

A team of three individuals together review and rate all video submissions and mistakes are therefore unlikely.

However, if you believe ratings received on one or more of your collections are incorrect, please email the client.
