If you have made collections previously

You may not be able to see collections for the following reasons:

Outdated app

The current app version number can be found on the side panel of the top left of the app, the number will be at the bottom.

  1. Update the app in your App / Play store

  2. Email collectorsupport@twine.net with subject line "App updated" to let us know

  3. Wait for us to reinstate you

Maximum submissions reached

  • Submissions are limited to 175 collections per person.

  • View your personal dashboard to see your collection number.

  • Once this has been reached your involvement within the project is over


If you are new to the project

You may not be able to see collections for the following reasons:

Not yet completed the form within the onboarding email sent by the client

  • Please locate form and complete

  • Collections will automatically appear within a few hours of completion

Email address supplied in onboarding form does not match email used on signup

  • Please locate form and resubmit. Ensure email is typed correctly

  • Collections will automatically appear within a few hours of completion


Other considerations:

The mobile device requirements for this project are Android 10 or later / iPhone 6 (currently on iOS 12.5.5) or later.

Collections cannot be accessed with older model devices.
