Make sure you're using the correct email address and password. Or did you use one of our social sign-up's to join Twine? We allow Google, Facebook and Twitter.
If you're still having trouble signing in, follow these steps to reset your password:
On the sign-in page, click the blue 'Forgot or lost your password?' text link.
Enter the e-mail address that you used to sign up with (if you signed up with Facebook or Twitter, this will be the email address that you use to sign in with them) and hit send.
You'll be sent an email with instructions of how to reset your password.
If you no longer have access to the e-mail address you signed up with, we will need to prove your identity. This is easier if you have a verified account.
