# Twine Dispute Process

**Please ensure you have read and understood our [Eligibility for project cancellation](https://help.twine.net/en/article/eligibility-for-project-cancellation-ljzuys/?bust=1673603208648) before opening a dispute.**

Please note - Twine is a facilitator of freelance work, and will not act as a mediator between parties. Dispute resolution is largely dependant on mutual agreement between client and freelancer.
